		<description>your point here can be extended to so many trends we see in life. People need to understand the ripple affect of their actions as well as the consequences. Even if you are not caught or you are not punished for an action there is still the law of physics which dictates that there will be a reaction. This is why we need to start getting back to seeing people as people with lives and emotions and realize that our actions affect those lives which in turn affects other lives until it eventually comes back around to you. 

This is the case in business especially where people have hidden behind a corporate door and made decisions based on a bottom line without taking into account the human factor. This is why people are now voicing their opinions online so boldly - it is a way to shout out "Hey! I am human, please treat me that way!" Of course, over-reacting causes and over emotional responses cause a whole other set of issues.</description>
